I didn’t create Blend to Mend from a pedestal. I wrote it while I was still in the middle of it. The spirals. The overthinking. The guilt. The “I should be further along by now” voice. It’s how I slowly found my way out of the days when even small things felt heavy—when energy was scarce and healing felt far away.
